What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ years experience in recruitment (agency or specialist preferred)
- A strong commercial mindset and appetite for sales
- Proven ability to deliver results in a target-driven environment
- Confidence, resilience, and a competitive nature
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A tertiary qualification is advantageous, but not essential
