Description:
Minimum Requirements:* Matric (Grade 12)
* Proven experience in B2B sales (non-negotiable)
* Strong new business development experience
* Supply chain industry experience (highly advantageous)
* Excellent people and relationship-building skills / strong interpersonal skills
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
* Conduct full-cycle B2B sales activities (prospecting, presentations, negotiations, closing)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
* Conduct face-to-face client meetings and site visits
* Represent the company professionally at networking and industry events
* Travel regularly to grow brand presence and sales footprint
* Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline tracking, and reporting
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
* Meet and exceed individual and group sales targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and persuasion ability
* Proven closing skills and ability to meet sales targets
