What youll be doingProvide technical support to operational sites, troubleshooting process issues and implementing improvements to optimize plant performance Drive data collection and analysis initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality Participate in project planning, coordination, and execution as part of the project management team Manage the in-house laboratory, ensuring smooth daily operations and pilot-scale test work
What youll need
Bachelors Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering (completed) 0 2 years of relevant working experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team Strong attention to detail Based in Rustenburg, North West must have own vehicle and valid drivers license Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans Valid South African ID Willingness to travel for work
