Admitted Attorney – Debt Review & Litigation Our growing Law Firm is seeking a skilled Debt Review Litigation Attorney to join our team. We require an Admitted attorney with strong drafting and litigation experience with good understanding of debt review law .Must be able to represent clients in Key Responsibilities: * Draft and review pleadings, summonses, affidavits, contracts, and notices related to debt review matters * Represent clients in Magistrates’ Court and High Court hearings * Manage case files and ensure all deadlines and procedures are met * Advise clients and colleagues on debt review processes and legal matters * Liaise with advocates, trustees, and debt counsellors * Maintain accurate and up-to-date litigation records * Stay updated on relevant legislation and regulatory changes Minimum Requirements: * Admitted Attorney in South Africa * Minimum 2 years, ideally in debt review matters * Strong knowledge of National Credit Act (NCA) and court procedures * Excellent legal drafting and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently Advantageous: * Experience with high-volume debt review litigation * Familiarity with debt counselling software * Understanding of collections and credit control processes Personal Attributes: * Ethical, trustworthy, and professional * Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills * Confident in court and in legal negotiations * Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Salary: R8,000 – R12,000 per month Apply Now: If you are a committed, skilled attorney with a passion for debt review litigation, send your CV and cover letter to hr@tdrg.co.za
