Description:

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all human resources functions within a luxury jewelry retail environment. This role requires a polished, commercially astute HR professional with experience in luxury retail or premium brands, who understands the importance of brand culture, discretion, and exceptional people practices aligned with a high-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the brand’s luxury positioning and business objectives
Manage end-to-end recruitment for head office and boutique retail staff, ensuring talent reflects brand values and service excellence
Partner closely with senior leadership and boutique managers on workforce planning and people strategy
Oversee employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution, with a high level of discretion
Ensure full compliance with labour legislation, internal policies, and luxury retail standards
Manage compensation, benefits, payroll inputs, and incentive structures aligned to retail performance
Drive training and development initiatives, including service excellence, brand standards, and leadership development
Support succession planning and talent retention within a competitive luxury retail market
Promote a refined, inclusive, and high-performance culture across all locations
Manage HR reporting, audits, and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality

Requirements:

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 6–8 years’ HR generalist experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
Experience within luxury retail, high-end fashion, hospitality, or premium consumer brands is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and boutique retail environments
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and professional presence
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and attention to detail
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of retail operations
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
