Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Administrator to join our team. This role will be instrumental in supporting the smooth administrative operations of our construction site, providing essential assistance to senior site personnel.
The Site Administrator will be responsible for handling a range of administrative tasks to support site operations. This includes managing leave requests, updating employee records, tracking timesheets, and maintaining site documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leave Management:

- Collect and process leave applications, ensuring they are signed off by the Site Manager and submitted to the head office for approval.
- Employee Records:

- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all employees working on-site.
- Timesheet Administration:

- Maintain and monitor timesheets for all site personnel to ensure accuracy for payroll processing.
- Site Start-Up & Shutdown Documentation:

- Oversee and ensure all administrative tasks related to the site start-up and shutdown are completed in a timely manner.
- Material and PPE Tracking:

- Manage and maintain records of all materials and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) on-site.
- Support to Site Manager:

- Provide direct administrative assistance to the Site Manager, including scheduling, correspondence, and other tasks as require
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, ideally within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Contract Details:
- Duration: Initial 1-year contract, with the potential for extension or permanent employment depending on performance and the scope of future projects.
