Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Sage Accounting (advantageous) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Good organisational and timeâ??management abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks Professional and friendly telephone and email etiquette Ability to work independently and as part of a team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General administrative support Filing, scanning, and maintaining records Assisting with data capturing Assisting different departments as needed Preparing documents, invoices, or reports when required
