SAIPA Junior Accounting Article Clerk
An established accounting environment is seeking a motivated SAIPA Junior Article Clerk to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about accounting, eager to learn, and ready to build a solid foundation toward becoming a Professional Accountant (SA).
Minimum Requirements
Matric BCom Accounting or BCom Financial Management (completed or currently studying) Own transport and a valid driver’s licence – essential Excellent communication and writing skills in Afrikaans & English – essentialTechnical Skills
Pastel Accounting (full function up to trial balance) – essential Microsoft Excel & Word – essential CaseWare experience – advantageous SARS E-Filing knowledge – advantageous Experience with financial statements – advantageous Auditing exposure – advantageous Taxation knowledge, including calculation and submission of tax returns – advantageousKey Responsibilities
VAT calculations and submissions SARS submissions and related admin Capturing and processing on Pastel Assisting with drafting financial statements Exposure to all aspects of the SAIPA LearnershipThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who wants hands-on experience and professional growth within the accounting field.
