Oversee daily finance operations within a busy manufacturing environment Lead, guide, and support a senior-level finance team Prepare and review monthly management accounts Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and audit requirements Support the FM/FD with strategic decision-making Drive process improvement and reporting optimisation Liaise with auditors, banks, and key stakeholdersð???
