Description:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Charge Hand to supervise and support the electrical team, carry out maintenance and repairs, and ensure smooth operation of all electrical systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and capable of leading a team while performing technical electrical work. Minimum Requirements- Theory training in the electrical trade (N6 equivalent)
- Trade Test qualification (practical training)
- Basic knowledge of AC & DC Variable Speed Drives
- Knowledge and understanding of PLCs
- Previous experience supervising technical staff
- Willingness to work long hours and perform stand-by duties
- Safety-focused with attention to detail
