We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hands-on, and able to manage people, processes, and resources to ensure high-quality production, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Minimum Requirements- Qualification in Production Management, Business Management, or similar
- Industrial or Mechanical Engineering qualification (advantageous)
- ±5 years’ experience in a similar production management role
- Rubber manufacturing experience essential
- Strong people management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Computer literate with strong analytical ability
