We are a growing CIDB-graded construction company (4CE / 5GB) seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Operations & Project Delivery Manager to partner with us on a profit-share basis.

This role suits a Civil Engineer, Project Manager, or Quantity Surveyor with proven experience delivering small to medium construction projects, who prefers performance-based earnings over a fixed salary. ROLE OVERVIEW

You will:

• Initiate, manage, and deliver construction projects from start to close-out

• Oversee planning, procurement, cost control, and execution

• Manage project commercial performance and protect margins

• Support business development and project acquisition

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and professional teams

• Engage clients and stakeholders virtually and on site

• Work independently using the company’s systems, processes, and CIDB grading️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End-to-end delivery of small to medium civil and building projects

  • Programme planning, progress tracking, and reporting

  • Cost control, cashflow forecasting, and variation management

  • Procurement coordination and subcontractor oversight

  • Ensure H&S, quality, and contractual compliance

  • Support tendering, pricing, and client engagement

  • Provide regular operational and commercial reports MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, QS, or similar

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing construction projects

    • Proven delivery of small to medium-scale projects

    • Strong commercial and operational understanding

    • Able to work independently and unsupervised

    • Confident with virtual meetings and remote coordination

    • Valid driver’s licence and mobility

    • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong accountability EARNING STRUCTURE
