Essential:
8+ years mining operations experience with strong underground mining background Experience working at supervisor/frontline leader level or directly supporting these roles Hands-on experience implementing shopfloor management systems Practical knowledge of safety coaching methodologies Experience with contractor operations or working in outsourced operating models Proven ability to coach and develop frontline leaders Fit for site medical and fitness required. Highly Desirable:
Experience in African mining environments Background in copper mining operations Previous work with mining contractors or Business Partner models Certification in frontline leadership development programmes Experience with transformation approaches Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mining, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field Mine Supervisor certification or equivalent Safety coaching or leadership development certification CONTRACT & PACKAGE DETAILS
Location: Zambia
Project Duration: 6 Months (Jan - Jun 2026)
Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
