Description:
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (required)
Certificate/Diploma in HR, Training Admin, Office Admin or similar (preferred)
23 years experience in training or HR administration
LMS experience (Moodle preferred)
Strong MS Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups)
Experience with compliance training and audits (advantage)
Fluent in Afrikaans (Speak, read and writ3)
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate training calendars, schedules, venues, trainers, and learners
Manage learner records, attendance, certificates, and compliance in LMS/HRIS
Track mandatory training, expiries, and renewals
Prepare audit-ready training files and reports
Produce monthly training dashboards and cost tracking
Support learners, trainers, and external providers
Maintain training materials and LMS content
Assist with SOPs, process improvements, and accreditation documentation
Handle training logistics, classrooms, and consumables
