Description:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers, retain existing clients, and strengthen the companys brand presence. This role requires a hands-on, results-driven professional who can manage campaigns, lead initiatives, and work closely with sales and senior management to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activit Prepare annual and quarterly marketing plans and budgets Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns Brand Management Maintain and enhance the companys brand identity across all platforms Ensure brand consistency in all marketing material, communications, and campaigns Oversee corporate identity usage and brand guidelines Digital & Traditional Marketing Manage digital marketing channels including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising Plan and execute traditional marketing activities such as print media, signage, promotions, and events Oversee content creation, copywriting, and design for marketing materials Campaign & Project Management Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables Liaise with external agencies, designers, printers, and media partners Sales & Internal Collaboration Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition Develop marketing tools to support sales initiatives (brochures, presentations, proposals) Align marketing activities with sales targets and business development strategies Reporting & Administration Track marketing spend and ensure responsible use of the company credit card Prepare regular performance reports for management Maintain accurate records of campaigns, suppliers, and marketing assets Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
