What you’ll be doing
Leading and developing a finance team across AP, AR, and collections
Managing month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting
Ensuring SARS and CIPC compliance
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Managing cash flow, working capital, and cost controls
Improving systems, processes, and financial governance
Partnering closely with operations and management
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing
Proven experience in a Finance Manager role
Strong SAP or Sage experience
Solid leadership and people-management skills
High attention to detail and strong analytical ability
