Process day-to-day transactions with accuracy: cashbooks, supplier invoices, petty cash, credit card purchases, and customer invoices. Prepare and maintain budget vs actuals for projects, ensuring alignment with the accounting system and clear utilisation reporting. Set up and process payments on the banking platform; handle routine bank interactions. Perform bank and supplier reconciliations and support the annual audit. Provide ad hoc finance support to strengthen controls and efficiency across the department. What youll bring
A National Diploma in a relevant Cost & Management Accounting field (or equivalent). 3+ years experience in a similar bookkeeping role. Working knowledge of SAGE Pastel Partner and SAP (advantageous), plus experience with project finance reporting, project costing, and allocation. Advanced Excel skills with a knack for accuracy, analysis, and problem-solving. Clear, professional communication, resilience under deadline pressure, and a supportive, team-oriented approach.
