Qualifications, Skills & ExperienceRelevant degree (essential) Proven warehouse management experience in Warehousing Strong skills in planning, organising, staffing, budgeting, and controlling operations Leadership and team management experience with a focus on performance and development Financial acumen and ability to make informed operational decisions Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and strong computer literacy Excellent written and verbal communication, networking, and presentation skills Ability to analyse root causes, problem-solve, and implement operational solutions
