Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR functions: recruitment, payroll, talent management, and employee relations.
Manage Industrial Relations, including discipline, grievances, and union engagement.
Ensure compliance with labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, SDA, EEA, MIBCO).
Drive performance management, succession planning, and learning & development.
Advise management on HR strategy, policies, and best practices.
Oversee remuneration, compensation reviews, and HR reporting.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources.
Labour Law qualification (essential).
10 years or more HR Management experience.
Strong knowledge of HR systems, VIP Premier, and payroll practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
