Pre-Owned Operations Manager AUTOMOTIVE/COMMERCIAL VEHICLE

Key Responsibilities:
Manage tradeback process with outsourced partners, including vehicle returns, stock tracking, and cost control.
Approve refurbishment and reconditioning costs, ensuring operational efficiency and pricing alignment.
Conduct market and pricing analysis to maintain competitiveness.
Develop systems, policies, and business plans for a dedicated pre-owned division.
Establish and manage resale partner networks and performance frameworks.
Drive profitability, reporting, and strategic growth of the division.
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Commerce, or Logistics (or equivalent experience).
58 years experience in automotive/commercial vehicle or fleet operations.
Proven ability to manage outsourced partners, costs, and pricing strategies.
Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Experience in setting up or scaling business units advantageous.
Valid Code 8 drivers licence.
