We are a well-established professional photo lab looking for a reliable, people-focused individual to join our front-of-house team.
This role suits someone who enjoys working with clients, has strong attention to detail, and is interested in photographic printing and production.
Position Details
• Full-time, permanent
• Monday–Friday, 08h30–16h30
• Northern Suburbs, Cape Town
Responsibilities
• Assist clients over the counter in a professional photo lab
• Handle phone calls and emails related to printing services
• Advise customers on print options and basic file requirements
• Operate printing and finishing equipment (training provided)
• Check files for accuracy and print quality
• Maintain an organised and efficient front-of-house area
Clients
• General public (~30%)
• Professional photographers (~50%)
• Artists and creatives
Requirements
• Print or photo industry experience preferred
• Basic Photoshop knowledge beneficial
• Comfortable with email and POS systems (training provided)
• Friendly, patient, accurate, and calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
