Role Overview:
This position is perfect for someone who is highly comfortable with computers, digital platforms, and technical problem-solving. You will play a key role in supporting our internal systems, improving workflows, and helping drive operational efficiency across all businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement, manage, and maintain digital systems, databases, and CRM platforms
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and workflow management using digital tools
• Troubleshoot basic IT, software, and hardware issues
• Support online communications and digital marketing activities
• Learn and adapt to industry-specific software and platforms
Skills & Requirements:
• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Fast learner who can navigate new software with ease
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience in a digital, IT, or technical support role beneficial
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
