Qualifications & ExperienceEng/B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering 26 years experience in thermal or mechanical design Strong knowledge of heat-transfer and mechanical design principles Experience with heat-exchanger design software (e.g., Unilab, Coil Designer) Familiarity with relevant design codes (ASME, SANS, etc.) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities Collaborative and detail-oriented mindset

Design Quality: Accuracy and minimal rework Responsiveness: Timely completion of calculations and design outputs Collaboration: Effective support to Sales and internal teams Cost Awareness: Optimised, manufacturable design solutions Project Handover: Clear and complete documentation
