Minimum Requirements:Matric / Grade 12 35 years experience managing a successful sales team (preferably in automotive or motorcycle retail) 710 years overall sales experience Knowledge of lead management, online sales tools, and structured sales processes Solid financial understanding, budgeting, and profit management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Valid drivers licence (motorcycle licence an advantage) Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Sales or Marketing is beneficial
