High commercial acumen and strategic mindset. Comfortable managing complex lease structures and high-pressure stakeholder environments. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Advanced competency in MS Office, reporting tools, and document management systems.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Property, Business, Real Estate, Law, or a related field (preferred).
