Minimum requirements:The suitable candidate must have had HR Officers / Payroll reporting to them and must have extensive experience in HR ADMIN, such as Leave Processing, Bonuses, Promotions, Internal Transfers, Performance Management, etcetera Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management (Additional Legal and / or Financial qualification - added advantage) Post degree qualification - added advantage 7+ years relevant HR experience in a Unionized environment, 5 years in a managerial position (Preferably transport or motor industry) Knowledge of applicable legislation and Main Agreements.
