Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Bartender to lead the bar operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The Senior Bartender will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, supporting the bar team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day bar operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
Lead by example on service, professionalism, and guest interaction
Supervise and support junior bartenders during service
Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and portion control
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene of the bar area
Manage stock levels, bar prep, and assist with ordering
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health, and safety regulations
Assist management with bar training, opening/closing procedures, and reporting
Maintain a positive and motivated team environment, especially during busy service
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 3–5 years’ bartending experience (senior or supervisory role preferred)
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
