Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Barista/ Cocktail Bartender role located in Cape Town. The role involves preparing top-quality coffee and cocktails, assisting with food preparation, maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will interact with guests to ensure they have a memorable dining or beverage experience and contribute to the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of Restobar.
Qualifications
*Proven experience as a Barista with expertise in coffee preparation and beverage service
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and team members
*Customer service skills to provide an exceptional and welcoming experience to guests
*Experience or knowledge in food preparation to support the Restobar team
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
*Previous experience in a hospitality or food and beverage environment is a plus
*Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations in a restaurant or bar setting
