GAME 4U is looking for energetic, customer-focused In-Store Sales Staff to join our team at Malvern Centre. If you’re passionate about gaming, tech, and delivering great customer experiences, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product selection, enquiries, and purchases

Actively sell gaming consoles, games, accessories, and tech products

Provide accurate product knowledge and recommendations

Handle cash, card, and online order collections professionally

Maintain store displays, stock levels, and overall store appearance

Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets

Assist with stock receiving, merchandising, and stock control

Deliver excellent after-sales service and handle customer queries Requirements:

Previous retail or sales experience (gaming/tech retail is an advantage)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Sales-driven with the ability to upsell and cross-sell

Passion for gaming, consoles, and technology

Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
