Accounts Clerk – BellvilleJoin a Leading Export Services Company!Our client, based in Bellville, Cape Town, provides specialised clearing and forwarding services within the export sector. They manage high-volume, fast-paced export documentation and operational processes for perishable goods across global markets. They are now seeking a detail-driven Accounts Clerk to support their finance team with accuracy, efficiency, and excellent administrative control.This role is ideal for someone who excels in numbers, thrives in a structured environment, and has strong experience in invoicing, reconciliations, and financial administration. Minimum Requirements
  • Matric certificate
  • 3–4 years’ experience in a similar finance / accounts administration role
  • Sage accounting experience (essential)
  • Strong Excel skills and overall computer literacy
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans & English
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Willingness to work overtime when required
Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer statements accurately and on time
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices
  • Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
  • Maintain and update customer financial files and documentation
  • Assist with general administrative and finance-related tasks as needed
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc duties during peak export periods
