They manage high-volume, fast-paced export documentation and operational processes for perishable goods across global markets. They are now seeking a detail-driven Accounts Clerk to support their finance team with accuracy, efficiency, and excellent administrative control.This role is ideal for someone who excels in numbers, thrives in a structured environment, and has strong experience in invoicing, reconciliations, and financial administration.- Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate
- 3â4 yearsâ experience in a similar finance / accounts administration role
- Sage accounting experience (essential)
- Strong Excel skills and overall computer literacy
- Bilingual in Afrikaans & English
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Process customer statements accurately and on time
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain and update customer financial files and documentation
- Assist with general administrative and finance-related tasks as needed
- Support the finance team with ad hoc duties during peak export periods
