VACANCY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage and oversee daily logistics and transport operations.

Coordinate fleet, drivers, routes, and deliveries to ensure efficiency and cost control.

Monitor vehicle maintenance, compliance, and legal requirements.

Manage and support logistics staff, including performance management and discipline.

Ensure customer service levels are maintained and improved.

Analyse logistics data, costs, and performance reports.
-
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
-
At least 5 years’ experience in a logistics or transport management role.

Proven experience managing fleet, drivers, and operations.
-
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-
Computer literate (logistics systems, spreadsheets, reporting).
-
Valid driver’s license (advantageous).
