We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant / Admin to support the operations of our land investment and development company. This job will be based in US hours. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and can juggle both professional and personal support tasks for the executive team.
Requirements:
- Administrative Support Assistant: 1 to 2 years
- Email Support: 1 to 2 years
- Phone Support: 1 to 2 years
- Data Entry Services: 1 to 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- New York (EST) Hours availability
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel (flights, hotels, rental cars, itineraries).
- Handle personal and business correspondence (emails, phone calls, follow-ups).
- Create and edit professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and timely input.
- Assist with marketing tasks (basic design work, social media updates, simple graphics, flyers).
- Research vendors, properties, and opportunities as needed.
- Manage invoices, receipts, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate personal items such as appointments, errands, and reservations.
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
