Passport valid for traveling Diploma in Food Preparation / Catering / Culinary HACCP trained Clear criminal record & sober habits Prior employment as an EXECUTIVE Chef in 5-star environment (Hotel / Ship / Yacht / Lodge or Resort)EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years in 5-star luxury lodge/ hotel environment Menu design, food costing, and quality control HACCP certified, materials & waste control Hands-on kitchen leadership with training capability
