Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations with a focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team to drive excellence and accountability Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis Partner with project and engineering teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and reporting structures for improved efficiency
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed BCom degree in a related field
Completed SAIPA articles
3+ years post article experience
Managerial experience required
