Key responsibilities:Project Administrators will be responsible to assist the Project Managers for the entire project lifecycle that is from planning, execution, monitor & control projects lastly project close out. Project Administrators must adhere to the Project Life Cycle Management Process with all the relevant documentation. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Project manager will be assigned 2 4 projects running in parallel. Adhere to the organisations procurement process for any require resources outside the organisation. Projects will be confirmed upon the appointment of the vendor. Responsible for preparing submission to investment committees and any other governance committees. Perform risk management to minimize project risks, by completing risk register and issue list. Report to the relevant Governance structure including: Completing weekly flash report. Prepare submission to project Steering Committees etc. Prepare monthly forecasts. Prepare monthly reports. Prepare monthly completion certificates / invoicing. Perform project close out activities as stipulated by Project lifecycle model. Required experience and qualifications:
A diploma or degree in Business Administration/Coordination, or IT or related field and a PMP or Prince2 certification. 8+ Years experience in Project Administration/Coordination. Experience with complex Agile/Waterfall projects. Proficiency in Project Management Tools (MS Project, Power Point, SharePoint etc.)
