Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse technical team to consistently deliver high-quality service Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality control Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving technical and service challenges promptly and professionally Manage departmental budgets and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency Implement initiatives that strengthen team performance and overall service delivery Drive continuous improvement through training, process refinement, and the integration of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and automation technologies Skills & Experience:
Over five years experience managing technical or service teams, supported by strong mechanical and electrical knowledge Practical experience with PLCs, SCADA, HMI systems, conveyors, and rotating equipment Skilled in leading, mentoring, and developing multi-disciplinary technical teams Hands-on background in maintenance, field service, and workshop environments Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused approach with a solutions-driven mindset. solutions-oriented mindset Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field Demonstrated experience managing technical service operations in an industrial setting Strong understanding of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems in industrial applications Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally and internationally as required Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
