Job Description:Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary technical team to consistently deliver exceptional service. Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality assurance, while building and maintaining strong client relationships and resolving technical and service issues efficiently. Manage departmental budgets, monitor KPIs, and implement initiatives to enhance team performance Drive continuous improvement through training, process optimization, and the integration of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and automation technologies Skills & Experience:
Over five years experience managing technical or service teams with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge Practical experience with PLCs, SCADA, HMI systems, conveyors, compressors, and rotating equipment Skilled in leading, mentoring, and developing multi-disciplinary technical teams Hands-on experience in maintenance, field service, and workshop environments Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills with a solutions-oriented mindset Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field Demonstrated experience managing technical service operations in an industrial setting Strong understanding of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems in industrial applications Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally and internationally as required Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
