Key Responsibilities:Cost Management & Estimating
Assist with preparing cost estimates and bill of quantities (BOQs) for mineral processing projects. Gather, analyse, and verify cost data from suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Support cost forecasting and cash-flow planning. Contracts & Procurement Support
Assist with preparing tender documents, RFQs, and contract documentation. Evaluate supplier and contractor quotations for accuracy and compliance. Qualifications & Skills
Technical Qualification in Quantity Surveying Strong numerical and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with cost-management or QS software is advantageous. Good understanding of construction drawings and basic engineering principles. Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Advantageous
Experience or exposure to mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial projects. Knowledge of NEC, FIDIC, or similar contract frameworks. Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel to site when required. Personal Attributes
