This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an innovative client, managing end-to-end bookkeeping functions that keep their business running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Cashbook
- Weekly capturing and bank reconciliations
- Preparation and loading of supplier payments (including forex)
Debtors
- Invoicing according to CIs, POs, and contractual terms
- Following up with customers on payment dates
- Customer account setup and onboarding
Creditors
- Submitting invoices for approval
- Preparing and maintaining accurate supplier reconciliations
Payroll
- Monthly calculation of sales representatives commission
- SARS Submissions
- Preparing and loading returns on eFiling
- VAT201 submissions
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Bcom or Diploma in Finance
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience
