Job Description:
Full bookkeeping duties, which include capturing transactions, reconciliations, and managing accurate financial records
Processing invoices, orders, and supplier statements
Handling customer queries, account follow-ups and order management
Communicating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
Assisting with month-end closing and financial reporting
Ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures and controls
General accounts administration, as this role is hands-on, suited to someone organized and proactive
Skills & Experience:
Experience with stock, orders, invoicing, and customer queries
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong numeracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Management experience is preferred and advantageous
Qualification:
Matric with solid bookkeeping experience
Relevant qualification with some experience
