Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy: Develop and execute the annual brand marketing plan, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and retail
Influencer & Affiliate Management: Manage and strategically grow the brands influencer and affiliate programmes, fostering authentic partnerships
Product Launches: Own the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, from briefing and planning to execution and performance analysis
Event & Activation Strategy: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute compelling brand activations and events that drive engagement and buzz
Consumer & Market Insights: Stay ahead of beauty and wellness trends, conducting competitor analysis and using consumer insights to inform strategy
Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal spend and reporting on ROI

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
A solid 5 years of experience in a brand management role, with a strong preference for candidates from the FMCG, Beauty, Wellness, or Retail sectors
Proven experience in developing brand strategies and managing integrated marketing campaigns
Hands-on experience managing influencer/affiliate programmes and executing successful brand events/activations
A demonstrated ability to interpret consumer and market data to make informed decisions
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A creative and innovative mindset, with a finger on the pulse of current trends
