Description:
Key Responsibilities:Assisting the Key Account Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring continued satisfaction and business retention. Assisting in identifying and developing growth opportunities within new accounts. Work collaboratively with internal teams to align business strategies and meet customer needs. Deliver presentations, proposals, and account reviews to key stakeholders. Track key performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of work-related experience in account management, sales, or a related field. Bachelor of Commerce Degree (or equivalent qualification). Proven track record of delivering growth and success in key account management. Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while also excelling in a team-oriented environment. A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
