Description:
Roles and ResponsibilitiesServe as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, building strong, trusted relationships. Understand client goals, KPIs, and marketing strategies, translating them into actionable campaign plans. Lead regular client calls, QBRs, and performance reviews. Manage client expectations, communications, and escalation paths. Campaign Oversight Work with internal trading and operations teams to ensure campaigns are set up correctly and optimized. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and guide optimisation based on data insights. Ensure all campaigns deliver against KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, reach, etc). Upsell & Growth Identify new revenue opportunities through upsells, cross-sells, additional channels, or expanded budgets. Prepare proposals and growth plans to increase client spend. Collaborate with sales to support renewals and long-term contracts. Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Reporting & Analytics Deliver clear, insightful reports with recommendations backed by data. Use platform dashboards and analytics tools to articulate campaign performance. Oversee pacing, bid strategies, audience targeting, and creative delivery. Employment Details
