This luxurious lodge offers guests immersive safari experiences to get close to wildlife in the area. All guest meals are included in their stay. The ideal candidate will be someone with previous camp or lodge experience, who can also take on Food and Beverage duties and manage the kitchen.Candidate Requirements:
- Must have previous lodge experience
- Must have a driver's license, to complete lodge shopping trips
- Proficient in Excel for stock control
- Must be able to manage kitchen staff
- Experience with menu planning, kitchen and stock room organisation
- Experience with stock orders and stock taking
- Must be a non-smoker and non-drinkerOn Offer:
- Live-in accommodation: a bachelor flat with mini kitchen, loo, shower and mezzanine bedroom
- Salary of R18-R23kpm, negotiable based on experience
- Meals on duty
