Degree or qualification in Electrical Engineering, Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar 3+ years relevant industry experience Strong knowledge of electrical construction methodologies Experience preparing cost estimates and project budgets Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills Valid passport Able to relocate to the Netherlands Whats Offered
