Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing new business to securing successful placements. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across specialist markets. Identify, attract, and assess high-calibre candidates. Consistently achieve sales, activity, and revenue targets. Collaborate with a committed, high-energy team to deliver exceptional service. What Were Looking For
Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment or a sales-focused environment (agency experience advantageous). A strong sales drive and a proven track record of working toward targets. Confident communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with ease. A proactive, adaptable mindset and a commitment to excellence.
