Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for enterprise software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
- Deliver training and guidance to end-users when needed. Job Experience and Key Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in application support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SQL, databases, and basic scripting.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
