How you'll role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be instrumental in shaping recruitment strategies, partnering with hiring managers to fulfill talent needs, and leading recruitment efforts to attract top-tier candidates. This role calls for a proactive approach to sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding. - Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a corporate environment
- Proven track record in IT or technology recruitment roles
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (preferably Workday)
- Biometric certification (MIE preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices
