Implement a structured academic and study framework
Develop strong study habits, time management, and organisation skills
Plan and manage weekly, monthly, and term academic schedules
Oversee homework, deadlines, and exam preparation
Provide motivation, accountability, and learner coaching
Support behavioural, emotional, and confidence development
Coordinate school, assessment, and sports schedules
Communicate learner progress with parents and schools

Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Education (or related field)
